Today I'm going to be sharing with you my top favorite health/nutrition books.

*Note- these are not in any specific order




#1 Find Your Path by Carrie Underwood


This book is awesome! First of all, I love Carrie, she's just so sweet and genuine. This book is so inspirational and even though Carrie is not a health expert, she is so knowledgeable and she also has her nutritionist and fitness trainer talk in here too.




#2 The Wellness Remodel by Christina Anstead and Cara Clark



This book is actually made by Carrie Underwood's nutritionist- Cara Clark. She is so smart and has the best recipes, tips and ideas! This book is so well done.



#3 Eat Nourish Glow by Amelia Freer


Amelia Freer is so professional and also very knowledgeable. She gives so much detail in this book and has great tips. She also has written many other great books, but this is my favorite.
